Shipping Policy

At The Fifth Round, every product is made to order — that means we print each item just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, please allow a short production window before your item ships.

Order Processing

Orders typically begin production within 24 hours after being placed. You’ll have this 24-hour window to make any changes or modifications before your order goes into production. Once production starts, we’re unable to cancel or edit your order.

Shipping Times

Orders are generally fulfilled and shipped within 3–7 business days after production begins. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with neighbors or your local post office — they’re often able to locate the missing package quickly.
While we’re unable to automatically reship or refund delivered orders, we’ll do our best to help you locate the package or file a carrier claim.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide!
Please note that international shipments are handled by third-party carriers and may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Due to longer transit times and customs inspection, international orders are final sale except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses or unpaid customs charges.

Shipping Coverage

For defective or damaged items, The Fifth Round covers all shipping costs associated with replacements or returns once a claim is approved.
