Product & Fit

What shirt brand do you print on?

Unless otherwise noted, all t-shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas tees — known for their soft fabric, quality construction, and modern unisex fit.

Are the t-shirts 100% cotton?

Most tees are 100% cotton unless they are tri-blends, which are made from 50% polyester, 25% cotton, and 25% rayon.

How do the shirts fit?

Our unisex tees have a relaxed fit and tend to run slightly large.

  • Women: We recommend ordering one size down for a more fitted look.

  • Sizes available: XS to 2XL (larger sizes may be available upon request)

How are the shirts printed?

Each item is printed by hand using screen printing or high-quality heat transfer, depending on the design.

Will the designs fade?

Some fading may occur over time, especially with black prints, but the designs are made to last through many wears and washes.

 

How should I care for my tee?

To keep your shirt looking fresh:

  • Wash: Inside out, cold water, gentle cycle

  • Dry: Hang dry or tumble dry low

  • Iron: Inside-out on low; never iron the printed area

  • Avoid bleach and do not dry clean

 

Ordering & Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) through a secure checkout system.

Currently, we do not accept PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order goes into production and cannot be changed.

Shipping & Tracking

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • U.S. Orders: 7–10 business days

  • International Orders: 3–5 weeks (subject to customs)

  • High-Demand Seasons: Orders may take 10–15 business days

Every product is made to order, so we appreciate your patience.

 

What shipping method do you use?

  • U.S. Orders: USPS First Class or Priority Mail

  • International Orders: USPS First Class International

 

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Note: For international orders, tracking may stop updating after your package leaves the U.S.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are based on:

  • Your location

  • The size/weight of your order

You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide.

 

Tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package. What do I do?

If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local postal worker

  2. Verify your shipping address at checkout

Unfortunately, we cannot reship or refund items marked as delivered. We recommend contacting your local post office first.

 

My tracking hasn’t updated — where’s my order?

If your package hasn’t been marked delivered:

  1. Wait 3–5 business days (sometimes packages are delayed or mis-scanned)

  2. Contact your local USPS/postal office directly
