Return & Refund Policy
At The Fifth Round, every product is made to order — that means we print each item just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we can’t process size exchanges or general returns once an order has gone into production. Please double-check our size chart before ordering, and feel free to reach out to us at hello@thefifthround.com if you have any questions before purchasing. We’re always happy to help!
Order Changes
We understand mistakes happen! You’ll have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to make any changes or modifications before it goes into production. After that point, we’re unable to edit or cancel your order since it’s already being made just for you.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue along with a brief note describing what’s wrong.

Our team will review your claim and help you decide whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund.

If the defect is confirmed, we’ll take care of the shipping costs for your return or replacement.
Refunds or replacements are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Final Sale
All items are considered final sale unless there’s a clear manufacturing defect. Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction once your order has shipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. While we’re unable to automatically reship or refund delivered orders, we’ll do our best to assist you in locating the package or filing a carrier claim

There are no refunds after 14 days from the date of delivery.

This policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.

The Fifth Round reserves the right to decline future orders from individuals who have filed repeated or multiple inconsistent claims.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide, but please be aware that international shipments are handled by third-party carriers and may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Due to longer transit times and customs inspection, international orders are final sale, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so our team can review it.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to replace or refund orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses or unpaid customs charges.
